As a Product Owner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our products by turning customer needs into innovative features and working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful solutions.

- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of internal platforms that drive business operations and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, including system modernization, workflow digitization, and platform transformation across multiple teams.
- Translate business needs, integrations, APIs, and data migration requirements into prioritized product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating closely with Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases and remove blockers.
- Use data and KPIs to measure product success, optimize features, and drive continuous improvements through informed decision-making.
- Advanced Product Ownership/ Product Manager experience delivering complex, cross-functional products in Agile environments (end-to-end ownership).
- Proven leadership in driving multi-team or cross-domain transformation initiatives (process redesign, operating model change, modernization programs).
- Direct experience with systems migration (legacy to modern), including planning, sequencing, risk management, and adoption.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration and system integration, including dependency mapping and cross-team alignment.
- Exposure to API-driven ecosystems (integration requirements, interoperability, platform/service thinking).
