We’re seeking a Technical Product Owner with a unique blend of technical knowledge and business insight. This role is key to bridging the gap between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring the delivery of impactful, high-quality software products.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive product development using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable product backlogs and prioritize them effectively.
  • Ensure the product meets technical and functional standards while addressing stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements, including system architecture and infrastructure.
  • Work with Tech Leads and architects to design optimal solutions.
  • Build and manage product roadmaps while overseeing team performance, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Monitor progress, represent the team to stakeholders, and maintain a focus on the product vision.


    • Requirements

    • A strong grasp of IT fundamentals, including REST APIs, databases, cloud services, and system architecture (e.g., microservices).
    • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a focus on IT products.
    • Hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, or technical project management.
    • Knowledge of application release management and Scrum methodologies.
    • Proficiency in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
    • Excellent English communication skills (C1+) and strong interpersonal abilities.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for business needs (work in 2-weeks in Poland and 2-weeks in the Middle East or the United States model).
