Job Description

As part of the development of our projects, we are looking for a Product Owner.

You will join a multidisciplinary squad (developers, data engineers, local teams) and your mission will be to carry the business vision, prioritize value, and guarantee the quality of deliverables.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

Vision & Strategy

• Define and share the product vision with the teams.
• Understand business needs and identify high-value-added features.
• Plan releases and contribute to the roadmap.

Backlog & Prioritization

• Create, prioritize, and maintain the Product Backlog.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Make continuous trade-offs to maximize business value.

Communication & Facilitation

• Clarify and detail needs for the dev & data teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and publisher teams.
• Lead, unite, and support the teams (dev, data, local).

Acceptance & Validation

• Accept or reject developed features.
• Organize and manage user testing.
• Collect feedback and ensure non-regression of versions.

Management & Reporting

• Manage a small team (BA, testers, writers if needed).
• Track performance indicators (budget, satisfaction, quality).
• Communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Product Owner (ideally in data, pricing, or complex projects).
• Mastery of Agile / Scrum practices.
• Hard skills:
  • Good practice of SQL.
  • Knowledge of integration tools.
  • Operational English.
• Soft skills:
  • Autonomy and ability to propose solutions.
  • Natural leadership and ability to challenge.
  • Clear and pedagogical communication.
  • Ability to unite and work cross-functionally.
