Job Responsibilities

Work closely with business teams to understand business needs, customer requirements, and market opportunities, and turn them into product ideas and solutions.
Plan and manage product roadmaps, feature priorities, and development plans to support business goals.
Gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into clear requirements and user stories for IT and development teams.
Coordinate with internal IT teams, developers, and external partners to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and delivered as planned.
Monitor development progress, coordinate testing and feedback, and ensure the final product meets business needs.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, system workflows, and user experience.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
Work with Business, Marketing, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Management, or a related role.
Experience coordinating with IT teams, software developers, or technology vendors is a plus.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear and practical requirements.
Good understanding of digital products, system development processes, and Agile/Scrum methodology.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, analytical, and comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
Experience with digital platforms, SaaS, APIs, or system integration is an advantage.
