Product Owner / Product Manager
Description
Job Purpose
To manage and support the planning, development, and continuous improvement of Finology's products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, and development plans in line with business objectives.
Gather, analyse, and translate customer and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, Business Development, and other stakeholders to ensure effective product development and delivery.
Manage and prioritise product backlogs, monitor development progress, and coordinate product releases.
Conduct product research, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
Support product demonstrations, proposals, tenders, and proof-of-concept activities where required.
Monitor product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support issue resolution.
Ensure product requirements consider applicable security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or software development.
Understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and product management tools.
Experience in fintech, AI, SaaS, or enterprise software is an advantage.
