Product Owner / Project Manager (French and English Speaker)
Summary
This role involves managing product roadmaps and project execution for banking tools and internal culture initiatives, requiring a blend of product ownership and project management skills. The position necessitates proficiency in both French and English and an understanding of AI technologies.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner / Project Manager to lead the development and management of innovative tools for the banking system and drive projects related to company culture evolution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product ownership skills and project management expertise, with a good understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
Product Ownership
- Define the product vision, strategy, budget, and roadmap for innovative tools in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable plans for the development team.
- Work closely with business, engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Monitor and assess product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI to inform product development.
Project Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to innovative tools and company culture evolution.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budget, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project budgets, risks, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with company objectives.
- Regularly report on project status, budget, challenges, and progress to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management and/or project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent proactiveness and teamwork capabilities
- Proficiency in French and English (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications (or similar).
- Experience in the banking or fintech industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and Scrum framework.
- Workplace type: Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
