Product Owner
Summary
A Product Owner at a Jakarta fintech who translates business needs into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Day to day they manage the backlog in Jira, clarify requirements with UI/UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders, prepare UAT scenarios, and track feature progress and release readiness for payment/transaction-based products.
Salary: Rp4.500.000 – Rp6.000.000 per month
Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Owner to help turn business and product needs into clear, executable product requirements.
You will work closely with the Product Lead, UI/UX Designer, Engineering Team, QA, and business stakeholders to prepare requirements, manage backlog clarity, support UAT, and track release readiness.
This role is suitable for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working between business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
· Translate business/product needs into clear PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Document business rules, edge cases, expected behavior, and open questions.
· Prepare and maintain backlog items or Jira tickets for development.
· Coordinate with UI/UX, Engineering, QA, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
· Prepare UAT scenarios and document UAT results.
· Track feature progress, blockers, requirement changes, and release readiness.
· Ensure delivered features match the agreed requirement and product direction.
Requirements
· 1–3 years of experience as Product Owner, Associate Product Manager, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role.
· Able to write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
· Able to understand business processes and translate them into product flows.
· Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Docs, Figma, or similar tools.
· Able to identify gaps, edge cases, and unclear requirements.
· Comfortable working with changing priorities and cross-functional teams.
Plus Points
· Experience in fintech, payment gateway, POS, SaaS, invoicing, dashboard, backoffice, or transaction-based products.
· Basic understanding of API behavior, transaction flow, payment status, settlement, reconciliation, or financial operations.
· Experience working with QA and Engineering teams.
· Familiarity with agile/scrum development process.
· General understanding of how to use AI tools to support research, documentation, product thinking, or workflow efficiency.
