Business Analyst & Product Owner

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner who can bridge business and technology teams and drive digital product delivery from requirements gathering through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and priorities.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

• Lead UAT, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and release activities.

• Monitor project/product progress and ensure timely delivery of requirements.

• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and product/project delivery.

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Knowledge of UAT, SDLC, user story mapping, and backlog management.

• Background in digital products, e-commerce, insurance, fintech, or other technology-driven industries is a plus.
