Product Owner – Placement at Finance Industry
Job Description:
- Manage daily operational workflows, including appraiser allocation, order monitoring, pending orders, and appointment scheduling.
- Monitor operational KPIs and ensure SLA achievement, service quality, and compliance with SOPs and internal controls.
- Handle operational issues related to systems, processes, and human errors, coordinating escalations with Operations, IT, or Product teams.
- Monitor potential fraud and ensure digital-to-regular order transfers comply with established procedures.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and product improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital products and align product features with business and customer needs.
- Prepare performance reports, provide coaching to relevant teams, and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Operations, or Operations Management.
- Experience managing digital products and operational workflows, preferably in financial services, banking, fintech, or multifinance.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, SLA management, process improvement, and quality control.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, market research, and competitor analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in lending, appraisal, order allocation, or similar operational processes is an advantage.
