Product Sales Executive Banking and Payments
You will call existing and prospective members, build rapport, understand their businesses, and recommend relevant banking and payment products and services. You will work with other departments on upcoming product launches, test new leads and sales scripts, meet individual and team targets, gather feedback with Product Owners, and support ad hoc projects across the business.
Responsibilities
- Call existing members and build rapport to understand their businesses
- Upsell relevant products and services to members
- Work cross-functionally to prepare for and pitch upcoming product launches
- Meet individual and team sales targets in a data-driven environment
- Test new leads and sales scripts
- Understand prospective members' business plans and recommend relevant products and services
- Support ad hoc tasks and projects for other business areas
Requirements
- Previous financial-services telesales experience and success working toward a revenue target
- Experience using Kustomer or a similar CRM tool
- Excellent telephone manner and objection-handling skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal English communication skills
- Willingness to take on new projects and support team growth
- Willingness to work with Product Owners to gather member feedback
- Knowledge of buyer behaviour, sales, and KYC
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently toward KPIs and targets
