A Brief Overview
Platform Solutions Consultants deliver comprehensive and professional support to both external and internal customers by providing standard and tailored solutions using the company's platform and technology services. These consultants are responsible for supporting the creation and rollout of new product features, delivering technical expertise, and influencing the direction of solution-based offerings to help TriNet customers maximize their service experience. They act as liaisons with partnering organizations to determine and execute client requests, including integration, reporting, an other solution based offerings. Responsible for triaging reported issues related to TriNet's platform solutions, corresponding processes, and auxiliary products to enhance the client experience and expedite resolution.

What you will do

  • Analyze client business needs to determine optimal configuration of TriNet’s solutions.
  • Provide advanced client-level support to achieve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure thorough product deployment and adoption.
  • Support the creation and rollout of new product features and enhancements.
  • Deliver tailored reporting solutions and accounting system integration support, serving as a resource for reporting and analytics tools.
  • Engage in strategic and tactical discussions with customers to recommend best practices for reports, general ledger integrations, and seamless technology integrations.
  • Work with customers’ IT teams and third-party vendors to define and implement integrations that meet client needs.
  • Act as the customer and service liaison, articulating user needs for new and enhanced platform features, products, and defect management.
  • Support client meetings and discussions related to escalated or advanced platform, product, reporting, analytical, or integration needs.
  • Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for upcoming platform and product releases.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Typically 2+ years required

Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)-APA preferred
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $25.24 to $42.93. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
