Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and focused individual for the Production Assembly Operator III position on our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing components or finished products in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires a commitment to quality, teamwork, and adherence to safety procedures. .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist multiple team members in the assembly of components or finished products according to established work instructions, blueprints, and specifications.
• Operate and monitor machines, tools, and equipment to ensure proper assembly and production of products.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Identify and report any defective materials, tools, or processes to the supervisor or quality control team.
• Maintain accurate production records, including completed work and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep workstations organized and equipment well-maintained.
• Perform testing on products to ensure they meet minimum performance requirements.
• Maintain certification on multiple skills and be capable of working at multiple stations to ensure flexible production capabilities.
• Assist lower-level employees with development of skills.
• Ability to perform Visual Inspections (VI) at a high pace and with a high degree of certainty.
