Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing production environments and ensuring the stability and performance of our applications. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining our production systems, ensuring high availability and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize production environments, including Weblogic, Linux/Unix, and Windows Server systems. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of applications and services. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. - Implement and maintain SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for production incidents. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Weblogic and experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments. - Strong knowledge of SQL and database management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
