Production Operator

1. Load and/or unload equipment efficiently and according to standards.
2. Adjust equipment settings as needed (tool changes, adjustments, etc.).
3. Assemble components/parabolic springs or suspension arms according to procedures.
4. Perform touch-ups/rework.
5. Conduct quality control checks according to workstation standards.
6. Identify and package components according to the defined standard.
7. Train new operators on the workstation.
8. Suggest improvements.
9. Clean the workstation according to the 5S standard and clean equipment during maintenance operations.
