Primary Duties & Responsibilities
The Production Operator is responsible for operating automated test equipment of II-VI Laser Enterprise. He / She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management
Education & Experience
- College Level or a graduate of any 2-year Technical Course.
- 2-3 years semiconductors assembly and burn-in/test production experience. Experience in leading a small production team, preferable.
Skills
- Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn-in/test clean room environment preferred.
- An understanding of clean room protocol, procedures is required and material safety data sheet (MSDS) preferred.
- Hands-on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must
- Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
- Must have excellent manual dexterity; able to manipulate very small parts with tweezers and other instruments
- Excellent eyesight; vision correctable with glasses is acceptable; no contact lenses
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be flexible: daily activities can and will change
- MS Office knowledge and hands-on experience
