We are currently seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Richmond, Virginia.

What You’ll Do
As a Production Operator, you will support extrusion and drawn tube manufacturing operations by safely operating equipment, monitor product quality, and helping maintain efficient production processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate production equipment according to safety and quality standards
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues
- Inspect products to ensure conformance with specifications
- Follow established work instructions and operating procedures
- Perform material handling and support production workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals
