Production Service Engineer

1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Handle system installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure smooth operations.
3. Resolve complex technical/production issues by analyzing data, creating action plans, remote/on-site repair.
4. Service contract implementation, ensure customer’s fulfillment based on contract T&C.
5. Identify business opportunities and risks through daily operations and interactions with customers.
6. Primary service coverage: Kaohsiung and Tainan.
