Production Support - Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities
- This is a production support role for trading applications. Candidate should be comfortable working on Production Support role and rotational shift ( 7 AM – 4 PM / 11 AM – 8 PM / 1 PM – 10 PM)
- The concerned applications were on-prem earlier but has now moved to AWS cloud. Therefore, the candidate needs to have strong experience in AWS services like EC2, S3, Kubernetes.
- Monitor overnight batch jobs
Must have skills
- AWS Services like EC2, S3, Kubernetes, Cloud watch etc
- Experience in any of the monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus
Good to have:
- Should have basic understanding of SQL
- Experience in using Control-M/Autosys schedulers
