Production Support Engineer

Work model: 4 days/month on-site from Warsaw, 4 days/month on-site from Cracow (from Cracow can be 4 days in a row) + the rest remotely
or

8 days/month on-site from Cracow + the rest remotely

FTE: full-time (including one Saturday on-call)

Project length: 12 months contracts + prolongations (we're looking for people interested in a long-term cooperation)

We are looking to introduce and expand SRE capabilities; therefore, individuals who combine traditional production support expertise with automation and reliability engineering skills will be particularly attractive.

  • Strong SQL skills (querying, troubleshooting, data analysis)

  • Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience

  • Experience working in 24/7 production support environments

  • Strong incident, problem, and change management experience
