Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Material Handling Equipment Supplier
• Position Title: Production & Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: East – Ubi (Walking distance from MRT to the company)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support latex production and fabrication activities.
• Receive, check, and record incoming materials and deliveries.
• Pack outgoing orders accurately and within the required timeline.
• Assist with organising, labelling, and storing stock in designated areas.
• Carry out regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.
• Support spare parts production, including basic assembly, labelling, and packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys.
• Follow all required safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

• Minimum secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in warehouse or production support is preferred.
• Able to safely carry out manual handling and lifting duties required for the role.
• Good attention to detail and able to follow work instructions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
