Professional Affair Executive
Major Responsibilities
The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role:
Education Training
• Design and deliver engaging educational programs, workshops, and seminar for ECPs across Singapore
• Plan, conduct and deliver of educational programs on periodic basis, in various settings/ formats to internal and external stakeholders pre/ post retail and office hours
• Development of relevant training modules, educational materials, case studies and tools kits that is essential to support for products/ programs
• Monitor training effectiveness and implement follow-up actions to ensure sustained impact
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
• Collaborate with professional institutes, associations, and partners to enhance brand credibility and visibility
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to eye care professionals, including troubleshooting with required
• Build and maintain relationship with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders
Commercial Support
• Monitor and update on the latest industry trends and competitor activities, and develop competitive analysis on how to overcome objectives
• Support product launches, campaigns and special events in collaboration with Marketing team
• Any other cross-functional initiatives as required
Qualifications
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor in Optometry; Optician may be considered depending on experience level
• Preferred to have related working experience in retail optical setting
• Keen interest in the technical aspects of ophthalmic lenses and passionate about Optometry industry
• Good presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage diverse audiences
• A team player that enjoys working with in a team environment
