Professional Data & Reporting Analyst
Responsabilities:
- Support in monitoring global supply chain activities using various software tools;
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, Service Level Performance, Backlog development, forecast demand, and plan inventory levels;
- Help collaborate with customer service, manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve supply chain processes;
- Contribute to developing reports on supply chain performance metrics for management review;
- Assist in identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
- Support compliance with international trade regulations and standards;
- Help maintain and ensure the accuracy of data across systems, including customer, vendor, and material data;
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports to support supply chain stakeholders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Help visualize KPIs and performance indicators using tools like SAC, Power BI, Celonis, or Excel;
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth data flow and process integration across the supply chain;
- Adapt new data analytic tools and data services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training;
- 1-5 years of professional experience / industry experience;
- Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).
