Professional Services Consultant - Cortex XSOAR/XSIAM

Role & responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM and Cortex XSOAR solutions.

- Integrate security logs from cloud platforms, endpoints, firewalls, identity providers, and third-party security tools.

- Develop detection use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, reports, and SOC automation playbooks.

- Enable customers with scalable SIEM/SOAR architectures, threat detection, incident response, and security automation.

- Conduct workshops, customer enablement sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOC, or Professional Services.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM

2. Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR

3. Cortex XDR / Strata Logging Service

- Strong understanding of :

1. SIEM Architecture & Log Management

2. Threat Hunting & Incident Response

3. MITRE ATT&CK Framework

4. Security Operations (SOC)

- Experience integrating SIEM with Palo Alto NGFW, AWS, Azure, GCP, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and other enterprise security platforms.

- Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for automation is an added advantage.

- Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
