Role & responsibilities

Design, deploy, and optimize Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM and Cortex XSOAR solutions.

- Integrate security logs from cloud platforms, endpoints, firewalls, identity providers, and third-party security tools.

- Develop detection use cases, correlation rules, dashboards, reports, and SOC automation playbooks.

- Enable customers with scalable SIEM/SOAR architectures, threat detection, incident response, and security automation.

- Conduct workshops, customer enablement sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

Preferred candidate profile

7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, SIEM, SOC, or Professional Services

* Hands-on experience with:

* Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM

* Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR

* Cortex XDR / Strata Logging Service

* Strong understanding of:

* SIEM Architecture & Log Management

* Threat Hunting & Incident Response

* MITRE ATT&CK Framework

* Security Operations (SOC)

* Experience integrating SIEM with Palo Alto NGFW, AWS, Azure, GCP, Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and other enterprise security platforms.

* Knowledge of Python or PowerShell for automation is an added advantage.

* Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
