Hybrid. Not "hybrid" as in one day at home if you ask nicely, actually hybrid.
EL1-equivalent seniority, so you're setting the architecture, not waiting on sign-off for it.

A contract that runs through to 30 June next year, not just to Christmas.
And the kind of scale you only get inside a federal government agency: core data infrastructure used at a national level.

That's the shortlist. One condition sits in front of all of it: you need an active Baseline security clearance already, no exceptions.

I've just had a rare one land on my desk: Senior MDM Technical Architect for a federal government transformation program, rebuilding how a huge, high-stakes dataset is governed and managed end-to-end. The platform is Profisee, but that's the part you can pick up fast if you've genuinely done this before. What matters more is the depth of your MDM background.

This is hands-on: define the architecture, build it, configure Master Data and Reference Data domains, matching, survivorship, stewardship and security models, then work in Azure to make it all talk to everything else.

Non-negotiables:

• Active Baseline AGSVA clearance before day one
• Able to obtain and hold Negative Vetting 1
• Deep, hands-on enterprise MDM delivery: master data, matching and survivorship, stewardship, governance (Profisee exposure is a bonus, not a dealbreaker, if your MDM background is strong)
• Real Azure integration chops (ADF, Fabric, APIs)
