PROGRAM ANALYST

About the Position: The incumbent will serve as a Program Analyst for USSOUTHCOM at the Resources and Analysis Directorate/Programming and Resources Division in Miami, FL.

Prepare final study reports and decision briefings on major planning and programming strategies.

Develop overall portfolio plan and baseline with cost, schedule, and performance parameters to provide capabilities to meet validated operational requirements.

Examine reports to determine the effect of unforeseen developments and difficulties regarding resources throughout the organization.

Ensure optimal allocation of funds to minimize discrepancies.

Conduct cost and economic analyses to prepare for leadership briefings.

Provide essential resource management support, including program evaluation and developing short and long-range program plans based on organizational program requirements.
