Program Analyst

Summary

Manages Federal workforce training programs, conducts needs analyses, updates training materials, and ensures compliance with regulations for the National Nuclear Security Administration.

This position will serve as a Program Analyst and will be responsible for a broad range of business management and organizational issues tied to Federal Training including prioritizing, coordinating, tasking, and managing workforce professional development programs of the Office of Training and Resources (OTR), Professional Development Team (PDT).

As a Program Analyst, you will: Coach OST employees on professional development growth opportunities, provided through available learning activities, to help them achieve career goals. Conduct needs assessments/analyses, develops and updates learning objectives, activities, materials, and curriculum for internal training programs. Conduct in-depth research, analyses, benchmarking and interpretation of regulations, orders or law and applies them to learning programs. Develop and update training notices, manuals, and policies to ensure compliance agency policies, directives, and Federal training regulations.

Must be able to obtain/maintain a Q level Security Clearance. You must be a United States Citizen. This employer participates in the e-Verify program.
