PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Manages and analyzes government funding programs for a U.S. Navy facilities engineering command, tracking budgets, allocations, and financial workflows in Honolulu.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Public Works Directorate Business Line of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND HAWAII.
You will initiate, manage, execute, and report NAVFAC fund sources including Mission Funds, CNIC, Reimbursable, and others.
You will support Managers with development and input into the Budget Allocation Plan (BAP), Operating Target (OPTAR), and other resource management tools.
You will be responsible for funds workflow to process funding requests, and initiate and/or coordinate the recapturing of unused funds.
You will understand and utilize various programs to gather relevant data for data analyses, improvement efforts, and program optimization.
You will collect, review, and analyze data to produce reports, briefs, and recommended program and process improvements.
