PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes and manages procurement processes for military supply systems, including building purchase requests in Navy ERP and verifying documentation for equipment and services.
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply Management Department of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SAN DIEGO.
You will provide technical advice and assistance to staff managers, functional program managers, and employees on submitting procurement requirements.
You will build complete purchase request packages in Navy ERP for a broad range of equipment, commodities, and services.
You will verify the completeness and/or adequacy of purchase descriptions, supporting documentation, and obtain vendor quotes, as required.
You will monitor leased vehicles, maintenance, and service accounts for Supply Management Department, identifying changes in billing history and identifying billing discrepancies.
You will develop the annual budget for the Supply Management Department.
You will review open obligations in the Tri-Annual Review database for all Supply Management Department procurements and research required data sources and take corrective action to close out the open obligations.
