PROGRAM ANALYST
Summary
Analyzes and manages U.S. Navy counternarcotic programs, advises leadership on resource planning, and oversees operations at a cooperative security location in El Salvador.
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command / U.S. Fourth Fleet of CSL COMALAPA EL SALVADOR.
You will provide strategic resource guidance and manage counternarcotic programs.
You will advise the Commander and principal staff on resource planning and programming policies and procedures to optimize the use of resources in accomplishing SOUTHCOM missions.
You will advise on matters concerning effective and efficient distribution of counternarcotic resources, with emphasis on continuity of the overall program.
You will develop program needs based on data obtained from various programmatic areas and use this information for program review analysis.
You will develop policy, determine requirements, and monitor the obligation of funds.
You will prepare reports and briefings on study results and make recommendations to the Commander and principal staff.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cooperative Security Location and provide the continuity of leadership over the continuous 12–15-month active-duty PCS rotation of personnel.
