Coordinates daily caregiving activities for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, handling scheduling, budgeting, and communication with managers and guardians.

As a Program Coordinator you will:
• Update menus and grocery shopping as needed
• Scheduling doctor appointments and fill out the health appointment forms
• Auditing petty cash and other house funds weekly
• Reviewing notes and discussing with Program Manager areas of improvement needed
• Monitoring scheduled activities and updating the home calendar
• Communication with Program Manager and Guardian on what is needed
Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
• A personal vehicle that is well maintained
• Must successfully complete a criminal background check
