Program Delivery Manager

Provide leadership of the digital program and project delivery services, partnering and collaborating to implement sustainable improvements to solve the challenges faced by the Health Service and our consumers.

The Role

An opportunity has become available for two Program Delivery Managers to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 14 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will

• Provide expert and timely advice on programs and projects, including strategies to ensure the successful design and delivery of initiatives
• Develop complex program and project business cases, project plans, progress reports and closure reports to ensure all stakeholders are fully briefed
• Lead in the delivery of change management, project management and project delivery services for digital initiatives
• Liaise and negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in the design and delivery of digital initiatives

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• While note mandatory, qualifications or formal training in portfolio, program, change and/or project management is highly desirable
• While note mandatory, experience in managing programs or projects in large, complex organisations preferably in the healthcare sector is highly desirable
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
• Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Salary

• Permanent full time (two positions)
• Base salary ranging from $156,186 - $165,265 per annum

The Portfolio and Project Delivery teams lead portfolio services and end-to-end digital project delivery for the division, incorporating digital assessment and discovery to delivery and transition to business-as-usual. Project Delivery services include problem and business analysis and project and change management across the delivery lifecycle.
