Meta's America's Workforce Academy (AWA) is a flagship initiative connecting underserved communities to career-ready training pathways and employer hiring pipelines. We are looking for a Program Manager to own regional program operations, employer partnerships, and outcome reporting as AWA enters a phase of rapid expansion — with particular focus on the construction-ready pathway.
This role requires someone who can operate at the intersection of workforce development, employer engagement, and data-driven program management, ensuring that AWA delivers measurable impact at scale.
