Summary
Oversee semiconductor manufacturing projects, coordinating engineers and stakeholders to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls
- Drive projects to successful completion ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget at all times
- Lead, inspire, and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising engineers, technicians, and key stakeholders
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture that encourages accountability and excellence
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with internal and external parties
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies ahead of time
- Continuously monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure all project deliverables consistently meet the highest quality standards required
- Develop and enforce quality control measures and procedures across all project phases
- Oversee project expenditure and maintain strict budgetary control throughout the project duration
- Provide regular and accurate financial reports to the Sales Director and senior management
- Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation at all times
- Deliver regular project status updates to the Sales Director and all relevant stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry
- Strong industry network and deep knowledge within the semiconductor, life sciences, or medical market
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with strong decision-making capabilities
