Salary: AUD 140 - 170 per hour
Program Manager | Agile DeliveryLead cross-functional projects across a major Australian Government program, translating strategic goals into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery schedules while applying Agile methodologies to achieve key milestones.
Location: QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW, SA, TAS
Contract Duration: 12 months with a potential 12-month extension option
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 20/10/2026
Essential Tasks
- Translate program goals and vision into roadmaps, backlogs and delivery schedules.
- Manage schedules, resources, risks, dependencies and issues across multiple projects.
- Establish and prioritise project backlogs, plan increments and lead Agile ceremonies.
- Monitor project health, progress and outcomes, taking corrective action as required.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects using Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience applying Agile delivery practices across complex projects.
- Strong understanding of integrity challenges and translating them into measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
