Program Manager

About the role

This is a large-scale SharePoint business solution program managing all project documentation across the customer, supplier ecosystem, and stakeholders. The role sits at the program level, coordinating multiple workstreams and deliverables within a broader SharePoint migration initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over and continue delivery from the outgoing Program Manager, ensuring continuity through a structured transition period.

• Manage the program across multiple concurrent workstreams, each with its own deliverables and timelines.

• Own program-level reporting: consolidate inputs, pull together status reporting and presentations for senior stakeholders.

• Lead stakeholder communication across customers and external parties, with most stakeholders based in France.

• Operate within a multi-vendor environment, coordinating delivery across supplier organizations.

• Present program status at the leadership/program level on a regular basis.

• Apply Agile working principles where relevant within a broader program-governance structure.

• Understand and align delivery to the broader strategy for the SharePoint business solution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager / PM on large, multi-workstream IT/digital programs.

• Strong understanding of SharePoint as a business solution

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-vendor delivery environments.

• Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and how they operate within program-level governance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication and presentation skills.

• Prior experience with relevant systems is a plus given this is a direct transition/handover role.
