One of our clients is looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager who will lead the migration of private data centre workloads into Microsoft Azure, driving projects end-to-end and ensuring effective coordination among various technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the full migration of private data centre workloads including Microsoft Windows VMs and Microsoft SQL Server databases into Azure.

  • Drive delivery across infrastructure streams such as firewalls, networks, routing, and security.

  • Coordinate technical teams, ensuring alignment and on-time delivery.

  • Maintain momentum by removing blockers and focused productivity in teams.

  • Lead the Azure migration programme including planning, delivery, and post-migration care.

  • Define and manage migration waves and operational readiness.

  • Oversee environment builds including Microsoft VM deployments and database migrations.

  • Participate in technical discussions regarding infrastructure.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and align business goals.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years hands-on engineering experience in networking or cloud engineering.

  • Experience migrating Microsoft Windows VMs and Microsoft SQL Server databases into Azure.

  • Deep understanding of cloud and data centre infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build trust-based relationships.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience in leading large-scale data centre migration programmes.

  • Experience with project management tools.

  • A background working in an Agile environment.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.
