Program Manager - Higher Education Digital Tranformation

Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year

About the role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams and vendors. You'll lead complex projects across business and technology teams, helping drive meaningful change within a large and diverse organisation undertaking a significant technology transformation program aimed at enhancing the student, academic and staff experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies

• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions

• Coordinate vendors and delivery partners

• Drive governance, reporting and executive communications

• Ensure project outcomes deliver measurable value to end users

About you

• Extensive program management experience within complex organisations

• Experience leading digital transformation or technology-enabled change programs

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to operate across both business and technology domains

• Experience managing competing priorities in large-scale environments

• Higher Education, Education, Government or other customer-centric industry experience highly regarded
