Program Manager Provider Partnerships
Summary
OpenRouter is hiring a Program Manager for Provider Partnerships to own the full provider lifecycle for its AI model/inference provider network — from sourcing and tiering through onboarding, compliance (SLAs, attestations), and renewal. The role is operations-heavy: building playbooks, process automation, and reporting while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security.
You will define and operate the provider lifecycle from sourcing through renewal. You will build tiering frameworks, templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated communications. You will run program-wide changes, manage MPEAP and certified-provider tracks, maintain compliance obligations, and coordinate operating reviews and reporting across functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Define and operate the provider lifecycle
- Build and maintain provider tiering frameworks
- Create templates, playbooks, self-serve onboarding, and automated provider communications
- Execute program-wide provider changes
- Operate MPEAP and verified or certified provider tracks
- Maintain SLAs, attestations, and provider obligations
- Run reviews, reporting, and operating cadence
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security
