About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects under a program, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Develop program plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and external partners
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans
- Communicate program status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and management
- Ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and delivery efficiency
- Support business expansion initiatives, including regional setup and operations
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in program or project management
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work independently with customers
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
- Willingness to travel between Singapore and Johor Bahru if required
- Experience setting up or supporting new operations/factories
- Knowledge of supply chain and production processes
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
