Program Manager (Banking, Central, Murex)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Murex Upgrade Programme, overseeing end-to-end delivery across business and technology workstreams. This role will serve as the primary coordination point between Singapore and Indonesia stakeholders, ensuring successful planning, governance, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Contract: 12 Months
Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management activities.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.
• Coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, and risk stakeholders across Singapore and Indonesia.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Manage vendor engagement and delivery, including coordination with Murex and implementation partners.
• Lead cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Drive business readiness, change management, training, and communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience within Banking, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Strong experience delivering Murex upgrade, migration, or transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology functions.
• Proven experience managing governance, testing, cutover, go-live, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong vendor management and senior stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working on regional or cross-border programmes.
• Willingness to travel to Indonesia during key project phases.
