The company focuses on enhancing business operational efficiency through connected devices, software platforms, and data-driven insights. ## Job Summary The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects and customer programs from planning through delivery. This role requires proactive coordination across Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and external customers to ensure timely execution, quality delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The position is full-time and based in Bengaluru, India, requiring work from the office. ## Responsibilities - Own end-to-end program management including project planning, execution, milestone tracking, timelines, deliverables, and project closure. - Manage customer relationships by understanding requirements, managing expectations, and resolving escalations effectively. - Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to align project goals and execution. - Track project dependencies, identify risks, solve problems, and ensure commitments are met with accountability. - Maintain project plans, dashboards, conduct weekly reviews, track action items, and prepare management reports. - Communicate project status, risks, delays, and corrective actions to leadership and customers. - Collaborate with teams on product and technical aspects including integrations, APIs, IoT devices, telematics, SaaS deployments, and customer-specific requirements. - Establish and improve standard operating procedures to enhance project delivery efficiency. - Ensure projects meet customer expectations, support product adoption, and contribute to customer retention and business growth. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. - 3 to 8 years of experience in program management, project management, implementation, or technical delivery. - Experience in SaaS, IoT, telematics, EV, automotive technology, or B2B technology companies such as Swiggy or Zomato is preferred. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer-facing implementations simultaneously. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand product requirements, integrations, and implementation dependencies. - Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for documentation, analysis, reporting automation, and productivity enhancement. - Demonstrates a strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. - Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office. ## Experience - 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in program or project management within SaaS, IoT, telematics, EV, or related technology sectors. - Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and customer implementations. ## Environment - Full-time role based in Bengaluru, India. - Work from office environment requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams and external customers. - Fast-paced startup culture demanding agility, ownership, and proactive problem-solving.
