Project Manager, OneGuru Launch (AI Platform)
Noida, India (onsite) | Full-time
About OneGuru
OneGuru is an AI-native talent and skills intelligence platform, built within Infopro Learning, that maps what a workforce can do, what it needs to learn, and closes the gap through personalized coaching and content. We're early stage, growing fast, and already live with real enterprise users.
The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to own execution of the OneGuru launch: the timeline, the dependencies, and the discipline that keeps engineering, design, data science, and product shipping on schedule. You're not deciding what gets built, that's the Product Manager's call. You make sure what was decided actually ships, surface risk early, and bring trade-offs to a decision fast.
If you've only run project management on single-feature work or non-technical initiatives, this isn't the right fit.
This is the most visible seat in the launch. You hold the roadmap, present every release to the people it affects, and influence teams that don't report to you through clarity and credibility. We run projects the way we build products: with AI built into the daily practice, not bolted on. If AI isn't already part of how you plan, this isn't the right fit.
What You'll Do
Run delivery in an Agile rhythm: sprints, backlog health, velocity, and a definition of done everyone agrees on.
Own the launch timeline: map every work stream, including engineering, design, data, integrations, and compliance, set milestones people can hit, and track progress weekly.
Plan and forecast with AI: build and stress-test schedules, surface dependency and risk patterns a spreadsheet won't show, and project a realistic finish date.
Own release management: confirm every function is ready, and make sure the date, contents, and impact are communicated well ahead of ship.
Present releases and progress to stakeholders, from engineering to leadership to customer-facing teams.
Keep the single record of the plan: roadmap, parking lot, deferred requests, and the decisions behind them.
Coordinate across functions with no direct authority, and get stalled work moving again.
Manage risk and change: see a timeline going wrong before it goes wrong, lay out the trade-off, and update the plan when scope moves.
Report status without anyone asking: on track, at risk, or off track, what shipped, what's blocking, what needs a decision.
Experience shipping a platform or multi-component product, not a single feature.
5+ years managing timelines and execution on complex technical projects with multiple teams and real dependencies.
Real, hands-on Agile delivery experience, not just familiarity with the framework.
Daily, hands-on use of AI in your project management practice: drafting and replanning schedules, mapping dependencies, forecasting completion.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present releases to engineers, executives, and customer-facing teams in the same hour.
Also valuable:
Project management experience in a matrix organization, coordinating teams that don't report to you.
Close working experience with engineering, design, and data science.
Discipline keeping roadmaps, parking lots, and decision logs current without being chased.
Comfort with technical work without being technical yourself.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI or ML products, where estimates are less certain.
Experience carrying a launch from pre-beta through early customer adoption.
Experience owning release communication for an enterprise product.
Formal Agile or Scrum certification, held loosely enough to adapt to a small team.
What You'll Gain
A seat in the decisions shaping the launch, with visibility across every function building it.
Ownership of execution for a product already live with enterprise users, not a plan on a slide.
An AI-native team and the freedom to bring the best tools into how you plan and deliver.
Real domain expertise in skills, learning, and talent, built from live customers.
A path toward broader program leadership as OneGuru scales.
This is a build-phase seat: high visibility, real ownership, and a launch that's already moving. If that's the kind of execution role you want, we want to hear from you!
