Program Manager (Senior Operations Manager) (UNICOR)

Responsible for managing multiple Federal Prison Industries operation at various Bureau of Prisons (BOP) federal correctional facilities. Integrates the functional areas of Federal Prison Industries (FPI) as they relate to a specific product(S) UNICOR products and their customers. Manages the planning, administration, supervision, review and evaluation of an extremely varied combination of performance objectives to meet the customers' requirement. Plans for and establishes policies for developing and follow-through of all requirements whether self-generated or directed by FPI to meet customer requirements. Evaluates the success of all aspects of tasks. Serves as the sole contact between the customer and all Functional Management components within FPI. Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.
