Program Manager
TechOp Solutions International is seeking a senior-level Program Manager to lead and oversee contractor personnel supporting a federal healthcare and readiness program. The Program Manager will be responsible for all work performed under the contract and will serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
- Provide overall leadership, management, and oversight of contractor personnel and contract activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and additional members of customer leadership team.
- Ensure customer strategies align with organizational priorities and broader strategic objectives.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, on schedule, and in accordance with contractual requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance, project progress, staffing, deliverables, risks, and operational issues.
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Master's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs and communicate effectively with senior military and civilian executives.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, schedule management, risk management, quality control, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.
- Federal healthcare programs Experience is highly desired
- Active Security Clerance- Must meet security eligibility requirements.

The pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $150,000 – $180,000 annually.
