Program Manager - WISE Women's Business Center

The Communications, Data & Program Manager is responsible for the full scope of marketing, communications, data management, program operations, and client services functions at the WISE Women's Business Center (WISE WBC). The position independently develops and executes WISE's marketing and communications strategy across all channels. It administers the center's CRM, federal reporting, and software systems, serving as the primary systems administrator for Outcome Tracker, Nexus, and the EAC Portal. The position manages client intake and counseling team operations, including SBA Form 641 compliance infrastructure, and oversees the WISE intern program. It also manages consultant agreements through Syracuse University's Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) and Office of Sponsored Accounting (OSA), and coordinates with Whitman's financial administration team on transactional financial processes. The position exercises independent judgment across all functional areas and is relied upon by the Director for day-to-day marketing, data, and operational decisions. **This position is part of a bargaining unit and is represented by the union SEIU, Local 200United.**
