About the Role
The Moment of Truth Talent Series is seeking a strategic, results-driven Programme Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, academic quality, and operational profitability of its incubation cohorts and training tracks — holding executive accountability for curriculum architecture, facilitator governance, cohort retention, and margin optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning, scheduling, and execution of all incubation/training cohorts
- Oversee instructional design, learning outcomes, and progression standards
- Source, recruit, audit, and onboard external facilitators and mentors
- Performance-manage instructional talent, ensuring adherence to standards and contracts
- Implement retention strategies and monitor attendance metrics
- Run post-module and end-of-cohort evaluations, targeting 4.5/5 satisfaction and 85%+ completion rates
- Oversee programme budgets and cost efficiency, maintaining a 35% direct programme margin
- Supervise the Operations Coordinator on venue, AV/IT, and logistics
- Partner with the Talent Manager to align curriculum with founder readiness milestones
Requirements
- 4–6 years' experience in programme management, instructional delivery, or cohort operations in tech/incubator/education ecosystem
- Proven track record managing budgets, facilitator networks, and cohort pipelines
- Proficiency with LMS, Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana/Notion/Trello), and virtual delivery platforms
- Strong financial literacy and exceptional communication skills
