- Experience managing complex, technically challenging engineering projects with tight deadlines.
- Commercial awareness, including full responsibility for budget management, profit and loss (P&L) oversight, and return on investment (ROI) assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
