Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engagements, working groups and governance meetings involving community members and programme partners.

  • Develop agendas, briefing materials, presentations and discussion papers for senior stakeholders.

  • Document key decisions, maintain action trackers and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders.

  • Manage a pipeline of programme concepts, proposals and partnership opportunities.

  • Conduct preliminary assessments of proposals, considering strategic alignment, feasibility, potential impact, scalability, risks and implementation readiness.

  • Work with partners to clarify information, strengthen programme concepts and prepare opportunities for funding discussions.

  • Translate strategic recommendations into practical workplans, implementation roadmaps and operating processes.

  • Monitor programme progress, dependencies, emerging risks and agreed priorities.

  • Support partnership development and coordination of co-funding opportunities.

  • Plan and deliver stakeholder convenings, learning sessions and other strategic engagements.

  • Exposure to health systems, population health, health innovation or adjacent social-impact issues is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, which may include philanthropic organisations, NGOs, government agencies, academic institutions, multilaterals or private-sector partners.

  • Ability to assess programme proposals critically and identify strategic fit, implementation considerations, potential impact and key risks.

  • Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage several workstreams and evolving priorities.

  • Excellent analytical, writing and synthesis capabilities.

  • Comfortable preparing materials and communicating with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting strategy development and implementation would be advantageous.
