As a Program Manager, you will lead a portfolio of technology projects across the insurance domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy. Working closely with business leaders, project managers, delivery teams, and external partners, you will provide program leadership, governance, and strategic oversight while driving successful outcomes across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and governing multiple technology projects within insurance transformation programs, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to Project Managers while driving consistent program governance and delivery standards.
  • Developing integrated program roadmaps, managing dependencies, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations across all initiatives.
  • Building trusted relationships with business sponsors, technology leaders, regulatory stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Driving program-level risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across all delivery activities.
  • Managing program financials, resource planning, and vendor engagements to support successful business outcomes.
